What NOT To Do...
If you're PMSing and trying to count Weight Watcher points because you've just eaten your way through all of Florida during spring break, I would advise you not to walk past the Clearance table at the store where they are selling 84-cent bags of Speckled M&M candy eggs in order to get them out of the store.
So much for the diet, but the PMS symptoms are gone!

Tell me about it! My cabinets look like the Easter Bunny puked into them they're so full of candy. It's bad. Very, very bad.
*runs of to eat some Cadbury mini eggs she got on clearance*
LOL, now I don't feel so bad! Thx.
Don't feel bad. As a nursing mom, I am 'allowed' 32 points per day. For the past 4 days, I have exceded 40. I keep justifying it with the fact that I am nursing an eighteen pound 3 month old! (He was over 11 pounds at birth). As long as you try...what ever, that's crap, we both know it! By the way, I just finished reading your entire blog...yes, the entire thing. I am such a freak. But, you crack me up and I swear you are my blog friend for life.
Now, I'm off to eat some peanut butter cups :)
I was doing weight watchers for awhile, and while I enjoyed it, I could never make my points. So I lost very little. I just can't eat that much during the day. But I still try to keep my portion size like I had while actively in WW.
I started the South Beach diet before the holidays, and it was working...until the holiday food called to me. It was a sad sad day (well I guess it depends on the way you look at it!)

Ha! I was doing WW before I left Australia and lemme tell ya, despite the yummy bakery goodies I find, the best thing has been the 1,974 steps I have to take each day. There's going up and down to my 4th-floor walk-up (US 5th floor), the climb up and down the Butte of Montmartre to the métro, the steps into the métro itself and, as is VERY BLOODY LIKELY to happen, the steps to 300 feet below the ground (not kidding) when the elevators are out.
Then there's the fact that the French don't have a very good range of Easter goodies. I guess that's a good thing. Right?
Keep it up, Stephanie. It just sounds as though you're a little off-balance right now. Hormones do that to you! :-)
Good news! PMS is over!!! Now I'm having the MS cravings for chocolate!
Hilarious Steph! You crack me up! LOL My hormones are so screwed up this month that those PMS cravings never went away. Now that's fun....
I went to work out yesterday and then stopped at the grocery store for some "low carb" tortilla's because I had forgetten them the day before when I went shopping. I walk in all sweaty and gross and there's the 75%off table of Easter Candy calling my name. I walked out with $20.00 worth of candy that I had for dinner last night and again this morning after my spinning class. The worse thing is I am hiding the bag from my kids so they don't get any!!!! Am I bad or what.
